Doodles on Rock Creek represents to our buyers that we are the legal owner of the puppy and we have full right and authority to sell the puppy. As the responsible buyer of this puppy, you agree to house the puppy indoors, take excellent care of the puppy, provide a loving home, good quality food, medical care and anything necessary to maintain a happy and healthy puppy. Doodles on Rock Creek will not be responsible for any veterinarian expenses pertaining to this puppy/dog once it has left our possession.
Doodles on Rock Creek will always take the puppy back if you are unable to care for puppy (but no refund will be given including shipping/transportation costs). Buyer has three business days (from the date they receive the puppy) to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian at their cost, or this warranty is void. It is highly advised to schedule this appointment in advance of bringing your puppy home, to allow veterinarian scheduling.
This warranty does not include any health issues caused by Buyer’s ill treatment, abuse or neglect, or any health issues that result from puppy’s transportation from Doodles on Rock Creek to Buyer.If an illness or disease is found by the veterinarian that threatens the life of the puppy, the buyer must have a second opinion. The buyer will then have seven days to return the puppy to Doodles on Rock Creek, if Buyer chooses to do so. A full refund of the purchase price of the puppy will be given, if you choose to return the puppy at that time. Doodles on Rock Creek has the option of having the diagnosis confirmed by their Veterinarian before a refund will be issued.
The following conditions are not covered under this health guarantee: Distemper, Parvo, Coccidia, Giardia, upper respiratory infections, allergic reactions, stress, fleas, colitis/diarrhea, contagious viruses, urinary tract infections, vaginitis, umbilical hernia, underbite/overbite, parasites and Rabies or any other communicable disease. Health issues caused by environmental factors such as allergies, autoimmune disorders, trauma, abuse, and failure to maintain the general health of the puppy/dog is not covered in this warranty.
It is advised to keep your puppy at home before all vaccinations are complete, generally the age of 16 weeks. Doodles on Rock Creek recommends kenneling your puppy at the veterinary office before puppy is fully vaccinated. Doodles on Rock Creek provides a one- year health warranty to the original purchaser from date of birth against incurable or Genetic/Hereditary defects that could lead to euthanization of the dog or substantially interfere with the quality of life for the dog. This warranty will be provided upon written confirmation from the buyers licensed veterinarian, that the puppy has been, and is up to date on vaccinations (four complete rounds of vaccinations, yearly vaccinations and monthly heartworm) from the time of purchase for this puppy to the date of the diagnosis of Genetic/Hereditary defect, or this health warranty will be void.
Doodles on Rock Creek must be notified within 24 hours of a licensed veterinary exam and provide us with a written confirmation from your licensed veterinarian explaining what/if a genetic defect was found. In the case that hip dysplasia is found, the buyer must provide Doodles on Rock Creek with x-rays of hips and copies of complete veterinarian history showing that the puppy/dog has been properly vaccinated from the date of this contract (four complete rounds of vaccinations), yearly vaccinations and monthly heartworm, The xrays will then be evaluated by our veterinarian. The defect/hip rating must be sufficient enough that it would require a hip replacement or would be debilitating to the dog. This health guarantee does not warrant hip issues that are caused by being overweight or is a result of an injury.
Doodles on Rock Creek will not refund shipping or transportation costs. Doodles on Rock Creek cannot guarantee color, size, or temperament once the puppy leaves our possession. It is suggested to wait until the dog is at least one year of age to do any repetitive or strenuous activities such as agility training etc, excessive jumping, long strenuous hikes or walks. This is hard on dog hips and joints. The seller is available for any questions during the entire lifetime of the dog. Doodles on Rock Creek will give the puppy its first set of vaccinations DA2PP (distemper, Adenovirus Types 1 and 2, Parainfluenze, Parvovirus). This vaccine protects against respiratory and hepatitis viruses, as well as parvovirus. Parvo is a deadly intestinal virus that can affect adults. This vaccine should be given every year. The puppies will also be given worming medication.
Doodles on Rock Creek requires your puppy to be spayed/neutered by the age of one year. It is the buyers responsibility to send Doodles on Rock Creek by way of USPS or email a copy of the spay/ neuter documentation from the veterinarian that the procedure has been performed. If Doodles on Rock Creek does not receive proof of spay/neuter within 18 months of age of the puppy from a licensed veterinarian this entire health warranty will be void. If the surgery is not done within one year from the date of birth, the buyer will be liable for $5000, payable to Seller, for breeding rights and would void any warranty/health guarantee as stated in this contract. If the Buyer transfers ownership to another party, this contract is still enforceable. The original Buyer is responsible to ensure the spay/neuter of the puppy. If necessary, legal action will be taken to collect damages and the Buyer will be responsible for all legal fees, along with $4000 per puppy produced. In the case that any legal action would need to be taken regarding this puppy, it will be taken up in the courts of Williamson County, Illinois. This health guarantee/contract is not transferable and only applies to the original buyers of this puppy.
Doodles on Rock Creek Rood will not release a puppy from our possession until we have your signed contract in hand.
